Meet the Team
Dr. Gina Ball
Dr. Ball was raised in Midwestern Saskatchewan. She obtained her dental degree, D.M.D. with Distinction, in 1997 from the University of Saskatchewan. During her 8 years as a general dentist she had the opportunity to work on Vancouver Island, in the United Arab Emirates, and in Pitt Meadows, B.C. In 2005 she entered the Graduate Orthodontic Program at the University of Toronto, where she also taught in the Radiology and Orthodontic Undergraduate Dental Clinics. She obtained her Masters of Science in Orthodontics and her Fellowship with the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in 2008. She has been living and working in Squamish B.C. ever since. Her research on growth and development of the mandible has been published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.

Certified Dental Assistants:
Certified Dental Assistant will assist the doctors in all aspects of patient care. Our CDA’s have passed additional exams to become Certified Orthodontic Assistants, which expands their skills and duties to include changing wires, fitting appliances, indirect bonding braces, as well as many others. If you have any questions about treatment, tooth brushing, flossing, or appliance care please feel free to ask any of our CDA’s.
After taking some time after high school to decide her career path Lindsey decided on dental assisting and graduated as a Certified Dental Assistant in 2009. She obtained her Orthodontic Module in 2010 and joined the Mountain Orthodontics team. When not working you can find Lindsey caring for her 2 young sons.
Nicole has been a Certified Orthodontic Assistant since 2009. She joined the Mountain Orthodontics team in 2016 after working in general practice for several years. Her team oriented personality serves her well as she is also a soccer coach and volunteers with many children’s associations.
Our Administrative Staff is here to help you understand your treatment, organize the necessary appointments, and answer any of your financial questions.
In her role as treatment coordinator Irma has the responsibility of explaining the generalities of orthodontic treatment to patients and their families. An undeniable people person Irma enjoys educating families about the benefits of orthodontic treatment.
